It is located at the foot of Songshan Mountain of Zhongyue, the ancestral court of Zen Buddhism, and the Sanlizhuang High-tech Industrial Park of Dengfeng beside the world's first temple. Since the establishment of the factory, the company is dedicated to the production, application and research of molybdenum disilicide and silicon carbide and other high-temperature materials. It is one of the three largest producers of high-temperature electrothermal materials in the world, providing high-quality silicon-carbon rods, silicon-molybdenum rods and protective tubes for customers at home and abroad.
Silicon-molybdenum rod electrothermal element is a resistive heating element with molybdenum disilicide as the main component. It can be used in different atmospheres. The highest temperature of silicon-molybdenum rod electrothermal element can reach 1800C in oxidation atmosphere. There are two types of silicon molybdenum rod heating components, type 1700 and type 1800. According to the needs of customers can be made into straight, U-shaped, W-shaped, U-shaped right angle, hot and cold end bending, circular and other specifications of products, silicon-molybdenum rod heating section diameter range of 3-12mm. In addition, we have developed various kinds of products such as molybdenum silicide protective tube and electrode probe for customers.
Silicon carbon rod is a non-metallic electrothermal element refined from high purity green silicon carbide. Compared with metal electrothermal element, this element has the characteristics of high operating temperature, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, small deformation, easy installation and maintenance, and the highest operating temperature can reach 1500 C. Silicon carbon rod products have thick end, equal diameter silicon carbon rod, type of straight rod, U-rod, three-phase rod, gun rod, five-bar, slot rod, single thread rod, twin thread rod and other specifications.
